Target Italia considers it essential to train and properly prepare its resources. A suitable level of training in marketing and sales for our operative teams is the successful key of business strategy.

For these reasons Target Italia opened a fully-fledged Training Academy, providing its customers with qualified trainers, online tools for distance learning, team building sessions and organizational services to identify the best logistics infrastructure and the most appropriate location to host training events.

Personnel training effectiveness is periodically assessed and the outcome shared with our customers, further demonstrating the importance of such factors for Target Italia.

Training resources operating on a channel

Training is targeted mostly at personnel operating at different levels in the distribution channel. We train our employees carefully, whether they operate as Sales Advisor, Merchandisers, In store Specialist or Sales Promoters, and we support our customers in defining the most effective training to be delivered to its internal sales-force or store personnel.

We manage in-store training, with a “one-to-one” or “one-to-many” approach.
We are able to build trainer teams according to customer needs, in order to provide support during a new product launch. These teams can operate as brand ambassadors during campaigns in retail outlets throughout the country.
